The front porch welcomes you to your peaceful retreat. Once inside you will find a spacious living room with cathedral ceilings and brand new furniture. Relax, while you enjoy the big screen TV, the stone fireplace, and many windows overlooking the beautiful landscaping and trees. It has an open floor plan, so whether you’re in the fully furnished kitchen, snacking at the large dining room table, or relaxing in the living room, you can all be together. 

The main level offers 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom with a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower suitable for all. The lower level offers additional living space with brand new furniture and another flat screen TV. There is an additional bedroom with a queen and two twin beds. The lower level bathroom has a shower for your convenience and there is access to a laundry room as well. 

Venture outside to a large deck with patio furniture, seasonal flowers, and a gas grill. Don’t forget the marshmallows as you’re going to want to enjoy the fire pit. We offer firewood, and you can also feel free to explore a bit on our 10 acres of marked hiking trails. Regardless of the season, if you’re quiet enough, I’m sure you’ll see some whitetail deer! Snow lovers will want to bring your cross country skis and snowshoes. The beautiful scenery cannot be beat! The Adams County snowmobile trails are not far away either, so bring your sled!

Quiet time is 11 pm.

Garbage and recyclables must be kept separate.  Larger receptacles will be located in the garage. Garbage is picked up every Monday. The owner will ensure the receptacles are brought to the street for pick up. 

Bed linens and bath towels are provided. However, you must bring your own swimming towels if you plan to visit any of the local waterparks.

We will provide a basic supply of toilet paper and paper towels.  Please bring your own paper plates, napkins and coffee filters as we cannot guarantee these items.
